    Great ring, but Emblem has been difficult to reach after ring was delivered

    We love the ring and think it turned out great. The sizing kit that was provided was a great resource and we found it super helpful. We received the shipment relatively quickly after confirming the size, and I had hoped that they’d include detailed information about their lifetime guarantee with the shipment, but they didn’t. The only thing provided with the shipment about policies was a care card (approx notecard sized). This card included QR codes that directed to the “know where to wear” page on their website and to their google reviews page. I have since reached out in all ways possible to try to get documentation of the guarantee, but no one has returned any of my emails or messages. So, I’m concerned that if something were to happen to the ring we purchased that we will not be able to get in touch with them for help. Their customer service was great leading up to purchase, but has been non-existent since receiving the ring, which has me concerned. I would gladly change my review to 5 stars if they were more transparent with policies on their website or if they replied to requests for additional information about our purchase in a timely matter.
