What if my ring is the wrong size?

Fit matters- that’s why we provide a free sizing kit with real metal rings so that you can find the perfect ring for you.

We offer free, 30-day exchanges so long as you’ve used our size-from-home kit. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to return the original ring as we will make you a new band.

The return window begins on the day your order arrives.

 

What about returns and exchanges?

We hope you don’t get cold feet but if you need a return or exchange for any reason within the 30-day window, please email info@wearemblem.com  with your order number and we will be happy to help you get started.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free, two-day U.S. shipping after we have completed crafting your Emblem.

 

Do you offer a lifetime guarantee?

Emblem rings are guaranteed for life.

Please note that lost stones or other forms of wear and tear may not be eligible for replacement or refurbishment.
