    How does this all work?

    Once you place your order, we will send you a free sizing kit to help you determine your perfect size. The kit typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
    After receiving your kit, text us to confirm your size and we will begin handcrafting your ring. You can expect your order to ship 7-10 business days after confirming your size.

    How do I customize a ring?

    Browse our collections and click on any ring to customize, or use our ring designer tool to build a ring from scratch. We offer billions of unique styles and customizations so you can bring your design to life in real-time.

  • Engravings

    How do I add a custom engraving?

    You can add your desired engraving by customizing with our ring designer tool.

    Will my ring have a logo on it?

    All rings are engraved with a small Emblem logo on the inside of the band.

    What about precious metals?

    By law, precious metals (gold, platinum) must include a stamp of the piece’s purity. If you order a gold ring, you can expect a small mark noting the karat amount.

  • Sizing

    What is your sizing process?

    We’re not your average ring store, and we do things a little bit differently. When you’re ready to purchase your dream ring, you can check out without your ring size.

    After purchase, we’ll immediately send you a set of super-accurate ring sizers. After you’ve had a chance to ensure your perfect fit and confirm your size, then we begin handcrafting your ring from scratch. Don’t worry—this doesn’t slow down the process at all!

    What if my ring is the wrong size?

    To be eligible for a size exchange of any kind, the Emblem size-from-home kit must be used for the original purchase. If a size exchange is needed beyond 30 days after receiving your ring, the cost is 30% of MSRP. Please note that to be eligible for size exchanges, the original ring must be returned.

    What if I want to send a sizing kit to someone else?

    No problem! Text us the address you’d like to send the kit to at 801.316.4481 and we’ll be happy to help.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Each Emblem is made by hand and will ship 7-10 business days after you confirm your ring size. Kindly note that customizations may increase the shipping window. Rush shipping is available for all purchases.

  • Warranty, Returns, & Exchanges

    What is your warranty policy?

    Emblem rings are guaranteed for life.

    For information about how to keep your Emblem looking its best for years to come, check out our care instructions. We also offer free refurbishment in which we will refinish your ring and bring it as close to new condition as possible.*

    Please note that lost stones or other forms of wear and tear may not be eligible for replacement or refurbishment.

    *Refurbishment covers normal wear and tear. Mishandled or abused rings are not eligible for refurbishment and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    Do you allow returns/exchanges?

    We hope you don’t get cold feet, but if you need a return or exchange for any reason within the 30-day window, please text us at 801.316.4481 with your order number, and we will be happy to help you get started.

    Where are your rings made?

    We are in Utah in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. We make every ring by hand in our workshop.

    Do you offer financing options?

    We are happy to accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you’d like to use a financing option, we offer Bread. It is a simple application process that can be applied at checkout. You can read more about Bread here.
