United StatesI loved that they send you a sizing kit so that you get to find out the true size for the ring. It took a while for the ring to be shipped due to issues where they were making it, I was told there was a fire and it slowed down production. However, customer service was prompt and very courteous at letting me know what was going on. The ring itself it beautiful and light weight. They sent a silicone ring with it for days when you are going to be working with your hands frequently. 5/5 I would recommend the product and company.
